To meet this goal, Mirabel offers a member-owned country club that has a limited membership with a cap of 350. For those few privileged members there is a 38,000 square foot Desert Lodge Clubhouse with a myriad of activities and exclusive dining. Homes in Mirabel 2023 start in the $1.5 range to over 6 million with over 300 custom sites ranging from one-half acre to over 2 acres in size. Almost 40 golf villas are near the golf clubhouse. The home designs in Mirabel exhibit distinctive features you won’t find in other communities.

Mirabel provides three residential choices:  the option to design your own custom home, purchase an existing home, or choosing a home in the small neighborhood of El Corazon that only has 35 homes ranging in size from 3,100 to 3,900 square feet.

Security is provided 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, monitoring three entry/exit gates through a web-based surveillance system. There are always a minimum of two Mirabel Security Team members of duty at the Main Gatehouse. Their duties include greeting owners, members and guests as well as monitoring access to contractors, delivery services, vendors and so on. Security members also are on foot patrol.  

Mirabel GOLF

The 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole course is 7,127 yards, par-71. The desert washes and natural open spaces add to the challenge but yet is still enjoyable for players at all skill levels.  

As an added bonus, When a golf membership is avalible and purchased, you’ll get unlimited access to all facilities including swimming, fitness, tennis and salon and spa. If golfing isn’t your thing, you can also choose a social membership.

In 2008, the course was named to Golf Course Home’s ‘Best of the Best’ list and ranked No. 34 “Best Residential Golf Course in America” by Golfweek magazine in 2006. And Continues to be in Top 100 courses since.

The course is designed to create a unique golf experience that’s not only challenging but enjoyable by providing forward tee positions and generous landing areas.
